Description
The DJI RS 5 is DJI's flagship single-operator camera gimbal, representing the biggest leap in the Ronin line in years. Built-in Z-axis stabilization and roughly 50% more motor torque smooth out vertical bounce and handle heavier setups, while a tested 3 kg payload comfortably carries mainstream mirrorless and DSLR camera-and-lens combinations.
Refinements include fine-tuning balance knobs, second-generation automated axis locks for fast setup and folding, a quick-open tripod and a new Z-axis indicator. A built-in touchscreen puts camera and gimbal control at your fingertips.
The BG33 battery grip fast-charges in about an hour and delivers around 14 hours of standby, with the option to extend runtime using DJI's high-capacity grip.
